SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Every Moon & Mini’s Co. order is packed with intention, a little whimsy, and plenty of magic. ✨ We are a small business, and many orders are curated individually rather than pulled from a pre-packed inventory.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be curated, packed, and prepared for shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. The estimated delivery time shown by the carrier begins after your package has been shipped.

Orders containing customized or curated products may require the full processing period, particularly during launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

SHIPPING

Moon & Mini’s Co. currently ships within the United States only.

Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information at the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Carrier delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed by Moon & Mini’s Co.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Occasionally, weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances may cause delays.

If we learn that we cannot ship your order within our stated processing timeframe, we will contact you with information about the delay and, when required, provide the option to accept the revised timeframe or cancel the affected unshipped order for a refund.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

MULTIPLE ITEMS

Unless otherwise stated, products purchased in the same order may be shipped together when the entire order is ready. This means an order containing an item requiring additional processing may ship according to the longest applicable processing time.
